New lab website

The lab website has moved to a static site generated with Jekyll (al-folio theme) and hosted on GitHub Pages.

To publish a new post, add a Markdown file named YYYY-MM-DD-title.md to the _posts/ folder and push to main. The publication list is generated automatically from the BibTeX files in _bibliography/.
